Jenny Wade is a Yoga Teacher and Psychotherapist, who focuses on cultivating body acceptance and self love. She believes that we are most powerful when we are fully embodied; this video provides some insight into her philosophy and practice.

This beginner to intermediate class is designed to strengthen and stretch your whole body. Our focus is to drop self-judgment & to cultivate acceptance of our limitations.

Restorative | Self & Body Love

This class is designed to ease you into deep rest as you are preparing for bed, or for when you just need a few moments of calm in your day. The intention to cultivate and practice self & body love is offered throughout.
