Reconnect with the most primitive, intuitive voice you have: the voice of your body. In this soulful yoga series you will learn how to connect to the messages inside your body, which are aspects of your intuition that are always available to you. Together we will release the emotional tension your body stores, and learn ways to connect to your ancient wisdom.

Have you ever had a gut feeling that helped you to make an important decision? Or felt inexplainably drawn towards a friend or partner? These experiences aren’t arbitrary, they are the beginnings of body wisdom. Our bodies have a mind of their own, and we can learn to deepen the dialogue between body and brain. Our bodies are constantly communicating with us through the language of sensation. Through focused awareness we can learn how to feel our bodies from the inside out, and to become more acutely connected to our intuition and instinct.
You would be a good fit for this class if you can say that your body is good but you know there is more to learn, you trust that your body is wise but you’re not sure how to listen to it, or if you are craving a place to reconnect weekly to your intuition. Jenny uses a blend of yoga, meditation, healing touch, and her therapeutic awareness to guide participants towards deep connection to the authentic voice within.
